Leaving the place a mess will cause a reduction of your damage deposit due to extra time cleaning. Please call to discuss this if you have questions. This helps us to keep down the cost of both cleaning and deposits. We would rather not rent the home, than to rent to someone that feels the house can be left anyway they want. *****
